Alex Calderon, a driven entrepreneur and technology expert, proudly serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Dándole Tech. He is a first-generation Chicago-born native who was raised on the Northside of the city. His relentless curiosity and passion for technology began at a young age, where he enjoyed taking apart electronics at home. With over two decades of technology experience, he has honed his skills in cybersecurity, networking, management, analytics, and beyond, establishing himself as a respected leader in the industry. He embarked on his academic pursuits, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and later attaining a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University. Driven by a commitment to innovation and lifelong learning, Alex continues to push boundaries and drive success at Dándole Tech, leveraging his wealth of knowledge to prepare the future leaders of tomorrow.

Marisa Díaz-Arce | Co-Founder & Board Chair

Marisa Díaz-Arce is a community builder, cultural organizer, and equity advocate born and raised on the West Side of Chicago. She is the Board Chair and co founder of Dándole Tech NFP, where she works to close the digital divide for students from under resourced communities.

Marisa is also the Director of Brand Activations and Tenant Partnership at Navy Pier, where she leads events and partnerships that elevate local businesses and organizations. A former CPS teacher and longtime advocate for inclusive spaces, Marisa continues to use her work to champion education, entrepreneurship, and community.
